Parents and family members are invited (and encouraged) to participate in the Parent/Family Orientation program. The Parent and Family Orientation is designed to introduce you to the broad academic and social aspects of the university community. You will have the opportunity to meet representatives from the academic colleges, participate in campus services presentations, and to see firsthand many of the wonderful university resources available to new students. Parents and family members will also interact and network with each other throughout the program.
The Undergraduate Student Fee supports Student Orientation costs, including the opportunity to have two complimentary guests participate in the Parent and Family Program. Students will automatically be billed this fee upon enrollment; more information may be found on the Student Financial Services website, under the Billing & Payments tab.
The Orientation program is designed for adult participation and is not recommended for young children. Please note that all minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times while on University grounds. All fees apply. With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted on campus.
